OPPD wanted to re-familiarize its customers with the variety of money- and energy-saving programs they offer. So we came up with this fun concept, of giving the customer using each one of those programs a  fun and deserving energy-efficiency title, like Director of Energy allocation if they used the Smart Thermostat Program, or Head of Power Distribution if they used the Cool Smart program, or Chief Energy Officer if they utilized one of the available Smart Rebates and so on.
Each title was paired with a persona, based on demographic information provided by the utility, and had a fun power charging graphic behind them and a fun title treatment in front of them. A landing page was created educating customers about all the programs and rebates available and how to participate in them.

Customized emails were sent to lead customers to the landing page for more information and participation. Posters were printed to be distributed at location where foot traffic was present.
Paid carousel ad was running on social media featuring each one of the personas and the different energy-efficiency titles. Separate videos with each one of the titles was created talking about the specific program the title went with.
